Kristian, a single father of three and a California resident, has been incarcerated in Georgia for a year and a half on marijuana charges. He has been held without indictment or a future court date. His bail was initially set at 100,000 and had recently been lowered to 58,000 with a total bail-out amount of 75,000, and he needs competent legal counsel. Donations will be allocated to bond, legal fees, and transport back to California. We have had immense struggles navigating the system and dealing with legal fees.
