Bring Luciana home

Hi, my name is Rebekah, I’m fundraising to get a good lawyer so that I can win full custody of a little girl I've been taking care of. She’s been in an abusive household since she was born and has gone through unimaginable things. She has been abused mentally, emotionally, physically and from her behavior we believe sexually abused as well. Her mother is a meth addict, homeless and a prostitute, dragging her daughter from motel to motel. I’ve been reporting her to CPS since 2020 and they have done nothing but fail her. I’ve had to take it upon myself and find ways to allow her mother to let her live with me but unfortunately when she asks for her back I legally had to give her back. Each time I’ve picked her up she’s been clearly drugged and is so drowsy (I learned later on her mother gives her large doses of Benadryl to knock her out so she doesn’t have to deal with her), she’s starving, has no shoes on, hasn’t been bathed, has a saggy diaper on and has been physically abused from all the marks I see on her body. When she is with me she becomes a joyful child again, laughing, talking, happy and healthy being taken care of properly. She has her own bed at my home, her own side of the closet full of clothes, shoes and hair accessories I’ve purchased myself for her. She has so many toys and a Kitten named Tucker I got her as an emotional support animal that she loves so much. She calls me “Mommy” and she calls my children “Sissy” and “Bro bro” (They love her so much). Recently I got a call from her mother saying they were locked in a room having to ask permission to use the restroom and eat and that I needed to come get Luciana so I did and I found things I’m unable to speak of due to an open investigation that is going on from me taking her to police. She was in the hospital for 3 days and was placed in foster care. Leaving her at that hospital with foster care was the hardest thing I have ever had to do in my entire life, each day that goes by without her is breaking my heart into pieces. I was told to lawyer up and file for custody but unfortunately I cannot afford a good lawyer, so I am asking for everyone who sees this to please donate money so I can get a good lawyer and bring her home with us where she is her happiest, healthiest and safest.
