Please bring Mick's boat home

We have all heard the saddest news in the last few days, about the passing of a much loved man who touched the lives of everyone he ever met. Mick was loved by so many people, all over the world and it’s amazing to see the beautiful tributes and memories that people have shared. The outpouring of love for him has shown that he was the kind of man that would do anything for anyone, and he often did.

Mick's children have expressed a wish to have his beloved boat Konsorted returned to her home port of Southsea marina Portsmouth and have it moored there, so that family and friends can gather to feel close to him.

Moving Konsorted from where she is currently is going to require a professional team, plus the cost of the mooring fees once she is home.

Now is our chance to thank Mick for all the things he willingly did for us all, and ensure that his beloved boat is safely returned to its home port, as his family hope.

Once we know the date of Konsorteds' return home , it will be shared so that anyone who wants to, can gather together to welcome her home.

Any funds raised above the target will be donated to the RNLI and the Air Ambulance in Mick's honour.
