Why not just risk it?

We are making the jump from a coffee cart to a full coffee shop. The dream was always this, we just didn’t see it coming this quickly! We have organized this GoFundMe to help raise funds to have Snohomish Coffee Co. be a full brick and mortar coffee shop.

Coffee brings people together in a way that nothing else can. Our vision is to make a space for people to belong and drink a great cup of coffee while doing so.

Our Goal

Our funding goal is to raise $100,000 in order to build out a brick and mortar coffee shop.

Our Story

In the summer of 2023, we invested our own money to build out a coffee cart and bought all of the necessary gear to serve you great coffee. We then began paying monthly rent for our space last Spring, while excitedly awaiting approval from the city and health department to open our doors. After waiting several months, we received news that mobile coffee carts are not permitted inside of Historic Downtown Snohomish, and that we will need to have a fully plumbed coffee shop.
