Bring Steve Chapman Home for His Final Rest

We’re the Chapman family, raised by our amazing and loving father who sadly passed away on October 26th, 2024, after fighting over 18 years with his health. First stemming from Crohn’s Disease, which quickly progressed to Kidney Failure, leaving him on dialysis for the rest of his life. Sadly, after fighting as hard as he could, he developed Sepsis, which ultimately led to his passing.

Steve was born in California but moved around quite a lot in his life. Growing up in England until he was 24, he finally came back to California, where he met our mother and started our big family! Steve was a born entrepreneur; he founded the company Pepperhead Pyrotechnics and Pepperhead USA, both of which he was very proud of. He was also an amazing musician and produced many great rock songs in his bands Liquor Goat and Coilback.

During the last 3 years of his life, he moved to Rolla, Missouri, a place near where he lived as a child. His biggest wish was that all his children would be around him again, but sadly he wasn’t able to make the move back to California to be with us. During the planning of his move, he became very ill; he lost his ability to walk, to see, and couldn’t hear much at all.

Our family wants nothing more than to provide our dad with his burial wishes, which include him being back home in California where we are. We are asking for any amount of donation to help get him where he belongs, and we deeply appreciate anything that can be given.
