Bring Theresa Varona Home: Funeral Support

Theresa Marie Varona (Wheeler), was a loving mother, best aunt, and best big sister in the world. On Christmas Day 2022, our dear brother, Benjamin Varona, passed away. Then about 6 months later our mother, Elizabeth Varona,

was diagnosed with stage four lung cancer. She passed away in early February 2023. My family and I have been through so many losses. Right after our mother passed away, Theresa’s health declined.

Theresa always lit up a room with her big laugh and big smile. She decided to go on a cruise for her birthday, but unfortunately, that cruise ended early on September 13, 2024, and she passed away. The cruise ship had to go to the closest island so she could get life-flighted back to the United States. The closest hospital was in Florida. She passed shortly after arriving at the hospital in FL before any of us could get there. I’m trying to raise funds to bring my sister home and help with funeral and any other costs for her son and family that is extra. Theresa wasn’t a selfish person; she loved people and to have fun. Life was full of smiles and love and care. She is greatly missed and will never be forgotten.
