Wedges is a fast-casual dining experience for the whole family. We’ve taken everyone’s favorite side - potato wedges - and turned them into a main course. You can have them as a snack still, with many different dipping sauces to chose from, inspired by flavors from all over the world OR have have your favorite meal served to you with a special wedge-centric twist. We seek to serve families of all ages and stages and provide them what they’re all looking for: something safe and familiar for the kids and something new and interesting for the parents. Help us get our feet off the ground so we can get started on renovating our space and serving our community!
$25,000 will provide critical financial support to help Wedges successfully launch and establish itself as a sustainable business in Niles, MI. The funding will directly contribute to key aspects of our business, leading to the following benefits:
