Yoga & Meditation Training & Healing for Ukraine: A Service Trip
Hello, My name is Seva Simran Khalsa, LAc. The resilient people of Ukraine face real hardship amidst the ongoing war. As a Kundalini Yoga Teacher Trainer with 20 years of experience, I have been invited and am called to offer support in the form of yoga, meditation, and healing.
My journey in yoga & holistic health has equipped me with expertise in acupuncture and many other healing modalities, specializing in emotional clearing and pain relief. This can directly address stress and trauma. I have also dedicated years to studying Sat Nam Rasayan, a meditative healing art. These modalities are well-documented tools for stress relief, nervous system regulation, emotional balance and recovery.
Over the past two years, I've had the privilege of supporting the Ukraine Kundalini Yoga Academy Teacher Training, organized and led by my friend Simran Singh. This in depth training program has cultivated some of the most dedicated yoga and meditation students we've ever encountered. We are honored to have been invited to join them in Kyiv from July 3rd to 17th to teach in person and share knowledge of yoga, meditation, and healing with nearly 150 students in the current training cohort.
I'm happy to announce that your tax-deductible contribution through the Center for Contemplative Awareness - The School of Sat Nam Rasayan, a 501(c)(3) non-profit dedicated to supporting healing across the world, will directly fund this impactful service trip. Your generosity will help cover travel, accommodation and acupuncture supplies to help ensure I can serve this Ukrainian community as much as possible free of charge during this time.
Thank you for your Donations supporting this cause to bring healing and empowerment to the Ukrainian yoga community.
