Bringing Cecil O'Neal home

Hello!

I am doing this gofundme for a very close friend who was a caretaker of her mentally challenged brother, Cecil O'Neal. Cecil was a diehard former Andress Eagle who grew up in northeast El Paso, TX. He loved to go for walks daily. On Saturday, June 18th, he told his sister he was going for his evening walk. Unfortunately, to her dismay that would be the last time she would speak to him. An unidentified driver hit him and left him at the scene to die. Now his sister is in need of help to cremate and bring her brother back home. I am doing this gofundme to help my friend bring her brother home, back with the family, through a direct cremation. Thank you for your support as Cecil did not deserve to die this way. He was a friendly guy who loved watching his favorite football team, the Cowboys. He loved hanging out with his niece, nephews and great nephews and great niece who were everything to him.
