Bringing Creole Enterprises to Life

My name is Elsy and I am the owner and founder of Creole Enterprises LLC.  I love to cook and enjoy bringing close and new friends together over tasty food.

After a six-year-long struggle with digestive issues and a colon surgery, I have a solid understanding of how foods can nurture and heal the body, I am focused on helping people overcome health challenges through the food they eat.

Unfortunately, because of the medical bills incurred during my previous health issues I have been rejected by financial institutions for funding for my business because of my credit. During that 6 year period with my medical issues I experienced homelessness more than four different occasions.

My company offers cooking classes and also caters for events. I also have a line of sauces and condiments ready to be launched. Recently I published an online book, Cooking With My Mother filled with easy-to-follow Haitian recipes. 

I am a very driven individual, but I just cannot get ahead. All I need right now is financial help to clear away these old medical bills from my credit so I can produce my condiments and products, publish my book to a paperback.
