Bring Kozee Home

Donation protected
On May 15th, 2020, the beautiful Kozee Montana Featherstone Medicinetop Decorah celebrated her 3-month sobriety anniversary and was working hard to move back home to Wisconsin in the coming months. The very next day she was murdered in Nebraska. She was a kind-hearted soul with a contagious laugh. She was only 22 years old, and a mother to three precious children who in her own words saved her life. Mila, Kyson and Tydus will know that no matter what; their mother wanted them to know they were wished for, longed for, prayed for, and that they are forever loved. I’ve been asked by the family to create a page requesting donations to help with the costs (gas, food, hotel, U-Haul rental, etc.) associated with traveling to Winnebago, NE to bring Kozee home. It’s been 6 days since she was taken from us, and we wait in agony for the FBI to officially confirm her identity. Family will not leave Nebraska until they can bring Kozee home. Her faith in God was strong, and she recently acknowledged it was time to let God run her life. The only sense we can make of this is God had a higher purpose for Kozee. Her death will save others. The family will fight for justice and bring awareness to Missing & Murdered Indigenous Women (MMIW).
