Bringing Tanya and Ksenya Home

On May 29, 2008 my ex-wife came to pick up our daughters for her visitation weekend. I put my 4 & 6 year old daughters in the car and with the oldest crying that she didn't want to go and I told them I would see them on Sunday. When Sunday came I found out that their mother had kidnapped them and took them to Russia. I have had no real communication with them since. On June 7, 2013 I received a call from the US Embassy in Moscow letting me know that their mother has died from cancer. Now I find out that I have legal custody of the girls in Russia (I've had full custody in the USA the whole time) and that they will be placed in an orphanage in less than a month. We are asking for donations and prayers along with any other help that can be given that will allow me to go and pick up my daughters. We need roundtrip airfare for myself and one way for my daughters coming back. I am not sure of what other expenses may occur because I don't know how long I may have to stay in Russia or what legal expenses I may have. Thank you all for your help in bringing these girls home to a loving family.
