British Heart Foundation Race at your pace , Julie & Gavin x

As most of you may know my brother Darren recently suffered from multiple heart attacks leaving him to have emergency surgery! Darren is a dad to 4 children and without the quick response of medics and pioneering research he may not have been here today to see his children again especially at Christmas none of this bares thinking about and as a family we were understandably upset, scared and more importantly knowing that his surgery was successful due to the medical team the support and well wishes to help him and the children for his return home made a things a little easier and thank everyone for this , he is recovering well and has a long journey ahead but we would like to raise funds to the British heart foundation to continue helping people like my brother.

on the back of this Darren’s nephew Gavin and i are doing a 65 mile walk during the month of January we will track this through the race at your pace app and will update our progress
