British Kart Championship 2025

Hi, my name is Dimitar Uzunov and I am 10 year old.

I am raising money for this year Wear Tools British Kart Championship to be able to compete in all 7 rounds of the championship.

So far my parents were able to pay and secure my first two rounds of the championship, but the cost of it all is really expensive.

My target is high, but that only includes my entry fees and tires that my family needs to pay for the remaining rounds. We are self funding the rest of the expenses as much as we could do, but every little donation will help me achieve my dream this year.

Let me tell you a little bit about myself.

I was only 3.5 years old when my dad decided to put me in a go-kart, of course I wasn't able to reach the pedals, therefore he decided to strap cardboard boxes so I can press the accelerator. This was enough for me and my Dad to know and slowly realised that this is what I was going to do and focus in my future. Everything related to motorsports, that includes an engine and force of speed thrills me, excites me and motivates me to be better and better every time.

In the past few years I was very lucky to be in the company and knowledge of people from the industry. Every single one of them, including my Dad who is with me every weekend racing and traveling, has thought me a lot and made me better. And I am grateful.

First time this year I am competing in 2 national championships and 2 Club championships. I am on the road every single weekend and racing amongst the best. I have shown and proved my skills and abilities to race in different whether conditions and have won podiums and secured points to get me to the highest positions of the current championships.

At the moment I am 6th in the Wera Tools British Kart Championship in the youngest groups of kids - Micro Max. 5th in Ultimate Karting Championship after only one round. Completed and have won the Spring championship at Warden Law (WLKC), which is on the calendar of events for both national championships. Passionately and eagerly I am looking forward to the new challenges ahead.
