CrossFit Comps 2024!

Hi there. My name is Simon Holland and I’m Britains First Official CrossFit dwarf to compete in any competitions.

2023 was my first professional year of CrossFit comps and I made it to the WheelWOD finals 2023, where I won the Spirit of the Games award. I also finished 4th in the world in my division.

I finished 1st in the Short Stature Division at Adapt All or Nothings SQ Comp in 2023.

To continue competing, I will need to raise sponsorship to enable me to go to the CrossFit Games by WheelWOD in 2024 & hopefully other competitions.
