Brittaney's Cervical Cancer Fight

Hi, my name is Dominique, and I am raising funds for my little sister Brittaney who was recently diagnosed with advanced Stage IIIC1 Cervical Cancer. After several biopsies and a PET scan it was determined that she has a 6cm mass and it has also spread to her pelvic lymph node. As many of you know, this heartbreaking news came just shortly before her wedding date and has changed the path of her life immensely. It took some time for her and our family to absorb this news and process everything, but she persevered and remained committed to marrying her sweet fiance! She then rushed home to begin the process of collecting and freezing her eggs this past week so she can pursue her dream of expanding her family at a later time, immediately followed by an initial 8 week course of chemo and radiation that starts this monday, August 8th. Due to the size of the mass, surgery is not an option at this time. As you can imagine, this has taken a toll on her physically, emotionally and financially. Brittaney is still recovering from a horrific rollover accident that was no fault of her own back in 2019 and has endured multiple surgeries and health problems because of it, and now this added to her plate. Although Britt is my sister, I raised her, so she is more like my daughter and my heart is absolutely broken for her. Her treatment is 3 hours from her home, so she will need a place to stay that is closer to the hospital as it is 5 days a week. She was forced to quit her job while she fights this and although we do not have all the answers or a total estimate of cost, this has taken all they have thus far and it is only the beginning. I love our community so much and would not normally ask for assistance, but every little bit helps and she could use any amount of help and support, and most importantly your prayers.
