My son Tristan Ussery and his wife Brittany has fallen on ill times. Brittany found that she had a tumor that was affecting the frontal lobe of her brain.
The tumor was found after a seizure while visiting Louisiana, and neuro surgery was scheduled in Shreveport. Brittany had a craniotomy, and the surgery was successful. She is currently taking baby steps through the recovery process.
Being her sole caregiver, Tristan has not been able to work for some time now, and it is going to be a few weeks longer before he can return to work. He also has the responsibility of taking care of their two children.
Brittany is a very strong willed woman, but is very weak right now. Tristan will be spending the next 3 to 4 weeks helping her with medications and doctor appointments.
