Brittney & Layla Shea

This fundraiser is to help my good friend Brittney and her daughter Layla Shea, who is almost two, after losing everything in a house fire.

Monday morning while working hard to help victims of the recent storms the garage of Brittney’s house in Fayetteville unexpectedly caught fire causing thick black smoke to fill the home. Fortunately my friend and her young daughter were able to get outside unharmed. Sadly the family cat had been asleep inside the garage when the fire started and was not able to escape. The smoke filled the home so fast there was no time to gather anything and the fire department says everything inside is unsafe, especially for a young child. Now this young single mother and her beautiful daughter are displaced from their home and need to replace everything from medications, food, clothing, everything. The money raised here will help these wonderful girls get started replacing the basic things needed to carry on everyday life.

no one plans to lose everything and every little bit helps and will be greatly appreciated while they navigate starting after this tragic accident.
