Brittany's Fight with COVID

COVID truly does not discriminate and by now we all know that.  As most of our Cameron Park Country Club members know, Brittany James, one of our dedicated bartenders, started to feel sick right before Christmas.  She was admitted into the Mercy San Juan COVID unit then immediately admitted into ICU and put on a ventilator to help her breath.

Brittany fought back over the next week and was brought out an induced coma, taken out of ICU, and was finally able to breath on her own and walk without a walker.

The great news is she is now home and getting ready to head back to work. She is excited to see everyone and get back to a normal schedule.

Unfortunately, Brittany has lost over 2 1/2 weeks of work and she is extremely stressed over the impending hospital bills and how those are going to set her back.
