Brittany's recovery from Guillain-Barre Syndrome

Hello, we are fundraising for our sister Brittany Rasmussen. Unfortunately, Brittany was recently diagnosed with Guillain-Barre Syndrome, a condition in which the immune system attacks the nerves. It is a rare condition with no cure; however, treatments can help. We thank God that Brittany was listening to her body early on and that her husband, Travis was able to get her to the emergency room when he did. The excellent staff at Medical Center of the Rockies in Loveland, Colorado, continues to care for Brittany as she continues to make progress daily. She will soon move to an inpatient rehabilitation facility to continue working on her recovery.

Brittany has always been very strong, even when everything seems to be going wrong. She continues to amaze us each day in her recovery. Brittany is currently a Director of Activities with Columbine Health Systems, a wonderful mother to 1-year-old Emery and 3-year-old Wyatt and a fantastic wife to Travis. As you can imagine, this condition is and will continue to be a strain on Brittany's family physically, mentally and financially. With this said, we are starting a campaign to help raise funds for her and her family. Any donation would be greatly appreciated. All funds raised will go directly toward Brittany's family to help support them during this challenging time.
