Broadalbin house fire
Donation protected
On March 1st, 2020 our worse nightmare was a reality, my sister, nephew, and his father woke up to a fire in our childhood home, she quickly grabbed her 2 year old and ran out of the house with no shoes on her feet, she just knew she needed to get him out and safe, she quickly ran to every neighbor to call 911, she told the fire department the animals were inside, unfortunately our 2 cats (Tinkerbell & Tiger) did not make it. Our dog (Bailey) was being treated at Northway Animal Emergency Clinic, unfortunately she suffered severe lack of oxygen due to the smoke, as of March 2nd (28 hours) being treated she made no improvements, she suffered extreme neurological damage, and also was blind and we had to make the hardest decision for the sake of not letting her suffer we not only lost all of our fur babies, my sister, her 2 year old son, his father, and my mother lost EVERYTHING. The house was a complete loss. They lost all there clothes, furniture, dishes, all of masons toys, my sisters purse burnt along with a decent amount of her money, I mean they lost EVERYTHING except their lives, which we are grateful for.. We were born and raised in that house, that was the “house that built us” I am not asking to donate if you do not have it, a simple share will go a long way. But my family did not deserve this. Nothing is the same. I would like to help them get some of there life back. A dollar would go a long, so please if you can’t donate, please share and thank you ALL for the prayers and wishes and to our community for coming together as one. You all are noticed and appreciated.
