Broadus bunch beats cancer…again.

In May of 2021- Sarah, mom of 4, was diagnosed with Stage 4 colon cancer. After 3 surgeries in a short period of time, she began chemo. The chemo was very rough for Sarah but it killed the cancer! In January of 2022, she was declared no evidence of disease. A year on maintenance chemo brought a few small spots, but nothing some radiation and chemo couldn’t fix. Sarah trucked along- continuing to be the wife, mom & volunteer that she is.

This past week, Sarah got the PET scan results that her cancer had spread- to multiple places in her body. And instead of taking the last resort chemo, she opted for another few rounds of the hard stuff, to see if it would do its magic again.

Sarah is determined to beat this but she needs your help.

As you know being a mom is its own full time job- when asked “what can we do” her biggest needs are help with the house, laundry & yard. So she can focus on healing and getting through this chemo. Helping take a little weight off of her shoulders will be the biggest help.
