Brodie make happy memories with Oakley and family

Hi my name is Jackie and I am brodie’s mum.

backstory about why we are funding for Brodie, Brodie was diagnosed with cervical cancer 18 months ago and with surgery and treatment Brodie managed to fight and conquer this disease and we thought that was the end of it.

However 3 months later, a scan wound show that the cancer had now spread to her lung, after an aggressive round of chemotherapy, radiotherapy it’s been found that this disease is not shrinking is ultimately going to take Brodie from us all and has been given a year.

of course we hope that Brodie being the fighter that she is will be with us longer and manage to be healthy enough to make some long lasting memories with those close to her.

Brodie, was blessed with a beautiful baby boy 3 years ago and this cruel disease is going to eventually take his mum from him.

With this in mind we would like to raise some much needed funds to make the most amazing memories with her son and family. So far Oakley has followed in his mums spirit and been such a trooper with Brodie along the journey and having to watch his mum be poorly and in the fight of hoping we would come out the other side has not managed to spend quality time doing all the things that I know Brodie has so desperately wanted to do with him.

so with that in mind if you could please donate to this cause so Brodie and Oakley can have some much needed days out we have in mind safari days, pepper pig world, caravan holidays, these will require some overnight stays due to travel and Brodie needing rest. There will be more days out to join just these few as and when brodies is feeling fit. Whatever is left of any funding made will be put into a trust fund for Oakley for when he is 18 so they he is able to put this toward something on Brodie’s behalf.
