Brody Hanna Fundraiser for His Fiancé and Son

Brody Hanna, 29, was tragically killed while selflessly coming to the aid of others on October 15, 2023 in Nicholas County, WV.

Brody was passionate about working as a volunteer firefighter with the Nettie Fire Department and was always being quick to respond when there was someone in need. He was kind and compassionate, and was known for his commitment to his fellow firefighters and to his community. What Brody was most passionate about was his family, and will be deeply missed by family, friends, and loved ones.

He is survived by his beloved fiancé, Catie Bell and their son Owen Hanna, his mother Terri McClung and her finance Jeff, his Grandmother, Joan smith, his father Brett Hanna, and his brother and sister-in-law Jakob and Autumn Hanna.

In Brody’s memory, a GoFundMe campaign has been launched to help ease the financial burden for his fiancé Catie and his son Owen during this difficult time. The funds raised will be used to help with funeral expenses, as well as assisting with rent, utilities, and food for them while they are grieving his loss.
