Broken Femur Surgery for My GSD

Hi. My name is Lorraine and just recently my dog Jake got hit by car. Or so we think that’s what happened. We live on 10 acres and he has free roam of it. Sunday morning I wake up and find his leg swollen almost twice the size it’s supposed to be, today, we got him to the vet to find that he completely broke his femur. We need 5k for his surgery or we have to amputate his leg. He’s six years old and amputating isn’t the best option for him also considering German shepherds usually have hip problems. His surgery is tomorrow morning at 8am 11/23/22 and they don’t take payments so we need to raise as much as possible until then. The rest of the week is thanksgiving and all vets are closed until Monday. Please anything helps. He’s such a good dog he loves running, going hiking and playing with his siblings. We would appreciate anything. Please help us save his leg and life.
