Broken Glass, Broken Heart

Hello. My name is Eric Meuse. I am hoping you may consider helping my beloved Wine Bar, Cafe Meuse, rebound from repeated vandalism and criminal incidents.

On Friday, October 13th ant 4am our front door window was smashed and set on fire, but the criminals did not gain entry. Cost of replacement $1,000.

This morning, a mere 6 weeks later, our side window was kicked in at 1am, and the criminals gained access. They stole about $25 in coins from the open register.

in the process, they did damage the POS system. Total cost of repairs, including another window $1,000.

Although we have survived the global pandemic and a 5 month earthquake retrofit, we may not survive humanity and this new normal.

No donation too small, as anything will help take the bitter edge off the repeated violations against our property and mental well-being. I am sick and disgusted.
