Broken leg and Needs help

My brother Steven Jinright has had a tough year, he lost his sight early this year due to diabetes , and thanks to you all that was taken care of. Now he faces another medical hurdle. He recently fell off an 8ft ladder and shattered his fibula below his knee and may require surgery again. He now has medical insurance, but will be out of work 6-8 weeks. Anything you could do to help he would be extremely grateful. Thank you so much.
