Bronchogenic Adenocarcinoma Stage 4 Lung Cancer

It is with great sadness that I have to start this go fund me account. One of our drivers, Brook Kelley just received tragic news that he has inoperable Bronchogenic Adenocarcinoma of the lungs. Upon diagnosis, his cancer had already metastasized and he is stage 4.  It has been a pleasure having Brook work for us. He has been an amazing driver but is now unable to work and will not be able to get his disability for 5 months. Brook is a hard-working father of 4 and a loving peepaw to 12 grandchildren. Brook is only 57 years young.  If anyone is able to contribute to this fundraiser, it would be greatly appreciated.
