BRONX needs help to get surgery!

Hi my name is Alicia, and I am being very vulnerable at this moment and asking for help.. My dog Bronx got out into the alley and got hit by a car. The lady that was driving knew she hit him and drove off... There was several attempts on getting her to stop and not hit him but she kept going.. Now we are sitting here in disbelief. He has multiply fractures to his pelvic area and needs surgery to repair his pelvic.. Right now just xrays and tests alone are 3 thousand and surgery is roughly 7 to 9 thousand. I am not a person to ask for help but he is are Baby Boy and we can't let him deteriorate by not gettting him the surgery. Anything will help truly..
