Brooke Needs Headshots!

Hello all,

If you're seeing this, you probably know and love our delightful Brooke Winters. As you probably know, she's neck deep in working her butt off keeping her crystals and jewelry business going while juggling an acting career and the rigors of day-to-day life. All the money she's making from the business is currently going into cost of living and being fed back into the business to keep it going...inventory, payroll, and paying off business loans is not cheap! She's also going out on auditions and trying to get more parts in commercials and tv, and has been getting some gigs thanks to her talent and beauty, tho it has been difficult to manage all of this at the same time.

In the middle of all of this, her agent has requested that she get new headshots, and that she has to have them to him by mid-February! Headshots are the calling card for actors in the film and tv industry, and having the best ones is a necessity. In addition to the photographer fees (which range from $700-$900) there are also fees for makeup, hair, retouching, and uploading images to casting websites. Brooke has also wanted to employ a stylist for a long time now, and has found an incredible one who will help her look the best she can for this photo shoot, but doesn't really feel like she can afford to splurge on herself like this right now when she's putting all her money back into her business.

While on the one hand, it's exciting to have new opportunities to get herself out there in the industry, it's a huge chunk of money for someone who is re-investing in themselves in so many other ways. Brooke is already trying to figure out how to do it herself, but as someone who would like to see things be a bit easier for her, I thought I might try to reach out and see if anyone would like to help her reach her goal and also lighten her load just a little bit.

As you all know, Brooke is such a wonderful and caring and generous person, and I believe she deserves to be the one who gets a boost for once. While I don't think she would ever reach out on her own for help for something like this, I don't want her to have rely on herself alone for these expenses, and I think she doesn't realize how many people are out there who would love to show her how much she means to them, and who want the best for her in her chosen careers.
