Medical expenses for Brooke Carder

Hi there, my name is Abby. Recently my very close friend Brooke was diagnosed with Stage 1C ovarian cancer. If you know Brooke, there's not much I need to say about her. If you haven't had the pleasure, there's simply too much to say. I personally wouldn't be who I am today without the friendship I share with Brooke. Through her I have learned to find beauty in the mundane, and find joy during the hard parts. Brooke has devoted her life to building up others and bringing light into the world, and there's nothing I would like more than to help her during this difficult time. There is truly no one more deserving. Some of you may know, Brooke recently became a board certified real estate agent. Unfortunately due to her chemo therapy, her immune system is extremely compromised making it impossible to work at this time. Brooke's multiple surgeries were covered by insurance, however her out of pocket expenses for the year will be $7,500.
