Brooklyn Center Kids and families

I would first like to start by extending my appreciation to everyone that has donated to our cause. The Go Fund Me account has been up for a week, and you all have gone above and so far beyond anything that could have been asked. It has been incredible to see the love and support from you all. 

We have been working endlessly to find the correct and best route to direct funds so they can be best used for the families in the community. In Brooklyn Center Community Schools' partnership, Maurice Nins, Jr. of YouthPrise will be named Beneficiary of the funds and will be helping with the transfer of the funds so we can direct the funds directly into the community. 

With that said, once the funds has been transferred on behalf of the school district, we will be closing down our account so we can start to provide the community with what is needed. However, there is still an open and active account for the Brooklyn Center Community Schools if you know of anyone that wants to donate and continue to support the needs of this community.
