Brookside St Patrick's Day Bash!

I am THRILLED to share that Brookside will be all decked out and ready for a parade March 12th! And once again, I am hoping to stuff everyone with Corned Beef, Cabbage and Potatoes. But I need your help. Like everything else, the cost of Corned Beef has risen well beyond my means! The last time I hosted this event, I purchased (with your help) 60 lbs of the stuff. At nearly $10/lb, well, you do the math.
