Broom man

Hello everyone my name is samantha for those of you that do not know me i am Emery stokes niece. Emery was also known as EJ which meant emery jr. or the icon name in hobbs New Mexico he was known for broom man which was because he was the best broom twirler they have seen. Broom man put so many smiles on peoples faces and he always kept a smile himself but he needed help just as much as everyone else. I didnt quite know of him as many others did but what I do know is my uncle was a survivor. He was more so like a pecan. You have to crack him open to get the good stuff! To see the pain and suffering he went through really made me open my eyes and realize why he was the way he was. Life is taken for granted. My uncle didnt live in living conditions but he was always so giving and loving to others. He truly valued the life he was given and lived it the best he could. I really wish i would of known what was going on i wish i could of helped him in anyway but he didn't want to leave the people that supported him so much the people of Hobbs made the broom man who he is today and i want to thank each and everyone of you for accepting him. For that much love! I am creating this go fund me page for any of those who could help emery out now in his time of need. Emery's (Broom man) wishes are to be cremated and for that we are asking if anyone would like to help out on the behave. I thank everyone for their condolences. We will have a donation box set up at the service on Wednesday May 1st at the calvary memorial funeral home to go towards the cremation. All money and donations will go directly to calvary funeral home. If you can not donate it is okay i still want to thank everyone for keeping my uncle happy!
