Brother needs bypass surgery and no work benefits

Hello, My name is Jeffrey and i am trying to help my brother Chris. He has no work benefits and works for a 3rd party company. He has no medical and no short term allowance when sick. He needs bypass surgery and has been in hospital for 6 days waiting for surgery. They have no idea where or when it will happen. Chris just moved and has his stuff in storage and he had the heart attack as he was attempting to move. The funds will be used for rent and medicine until he gets better and go back to work. He is 47 and has had 3 heart attacks. Stints are no longer an option. Its family history and not lifestyle. Dad, grandpa and grandma from moms side all had issues. I was 30 and needed an angiogram myself. Please with anything you can.
