Brother Struck by Car at Masjid -NEED URGENT HELP

Assalaamu alaikum brothers and sisters,
One of our community members brother Dawud Abdul-Wakil was struck by a car after working on repairs at our masjid. The car fled from the scene after striking our Br Dawud. When the car hit him, he went up in the air and fell straight on the concrete leading to many injuries and broken bones as you can see in the video provided. The person who struck him has not yet been found.
He broke many bones including:
- all of his ribs
- his pelvis
- his left leg
- his left arm
- his humerus bone along with other injuries.
He has many medical expenses to pay because he had to have many medical procedures done including:
- have a metal rod put in from his knee to his ankle,
- a metal plate to pull his pelvis back together,
- 6-inch screws across his back to hold the pelvis back in place,
- and a metal rod in his left arm to pull it back together.
He also has 4 young children and is the primary provider for his family. This accident has left him unable to work and provide for his family covering their expenses in addition to the various medical expenses he has to urgently take care of.
