Brother’s Home Lost in Landslide

My brother Ben and his family lost their home, vehicles, and all their possessions in a catastrophic landslide spawned by Hurricane Helene where they live near Boone NC. They ran out the back door through the woods and barely escaped. Due to an exemption clause homeowners insurance will not cover the event.
