Brown and Soto Family

Hello folks, if I could just take a few minutes of your time to tell you about my friend and work colleague and his family. The Brown/Soto family are very much your typical family, Blake and Amarilis married 7 years ago and got busy starting a family. They are both hardworking parents devoted to raising their 3 children and balancing work sports school activities and family time. They welcomed their latest daughter Kiana a year ago, and have a son Hunter 3yrs old, and a teenage daughter Isabella (Bella) who helps keep the little ones in line. Very recently Mom (Amarilis) was having some cramping and discomfort and decided to go to the emergency room as it was late in the evening. After running a series of tests the doctors came back with devastating news, Amarilis was diagnosed with advanced colon cancer (stage four), and doctors immediately started planning her treatment and options. I can’t imagine the confusion and fear that Amarilis and Blake must have been feeling at that moment. Amarilis is completely deaf which means Blake had to sign the news the doctors were delivering which is heartbreaking, how do you tell your wife such news, unimaginable. It must be said that Amarilis has been the Rock, her faith courage and positivity is something only a mother is capable of possessing, she is undaunted and amazing. The family is far too proud to ask for financial help, however they are absolutely going to need assistance with medical bills as well as household expenses. Any help you could offer would be so appreciated and a blessing to this amazing family, prayers are always appreciated and I thank you on their behalf.
