Bruce Grandstaff

Bruce was a highly valued member of the San Antonio Clubhouse for 20 years.

He was the last surviving family member so he came to the Clubhouse every day and considered everyone there, his family. He enjoyed working in the membership unit where he volunteered to walk to the bank every morning with the deposit and loved leading guests on tours of the clubhouse, sharing his story along the way while making everyone feel welcome and at home.

Bruce passed away on 10/14/2023 due to a traumatic head injury from being hit by a car. He lived a beautiful 59 years and is now reunited with his family.

The San Antonio Clubhouse is trying to collect the funds needed to lay him to rest and celebrate his life. If you can help in any way even if its just a share that would be amazing. His gravesite service is Monday, 10/23 @ 2pm at Mt. Olive Cemetery in Adkins, TX incase you would like to attend to honor and celebrate this amazing man.
