Bruce Parker Lung Transplant

Our beloved Bruce Morell Parker has been suffering from complications brought on by Rheumatoid Arthritis-related Pulmonary Fibrosis (Interstitial Lung Disease). His lung capacity is perilously low; having had multiple occasions of losing consciousness from lack of oxygen. Basic daily tasks have become untenable. It's even growing hard to sing, and for Bruce, that's tantamount to cutting off a lifeline.

Bruce is an unending source of love to his family and friends; having him on your side is to feel the support of an entire unrelenting army. His loyalty is boundless, stronger than kryptonite, and he gives us belly laughs, beautiful music, and lucid, sage advice. Bruce held us in his loving and loyal embrace and we want to do the same. It's time for him to celebrate the serendipity of being reunited with his high school sweetheart Peggy, who's tirelessly cared for him, and to enjoy life with Jessy and Michael, his beloved daughter and son-in-law.

Bruce needs meaningful support with life expenses to ensure him the best quality of life during this time. We're at work relocating him to a residence with room for in-home care that lies within close proximity of the hospital should a lung transplant become available, after which he will need round-the-clock care.
