Bruce Withers is Battling Cancer

Dr. Bruce Withers, chiropractor and holistic health advocate, has focused his life around healing others. He is a newlywed husband and the proud father of a 6 year old, dedicated to a healthy lifestyle and constantly researching ways to bring healing and relief to patients, friends and his family members.
In April 2020, Bruce began noticing significant changes in his bowel function. Work became more and more difficult due to pain and lack of sleep. Ultimately, he sought the advice of a gastroenterologist when all other natural attempts to fix the situation failed. On July 23, Bruce went in for a CAT scan that showed an advanced tumor in the lower rectum, with involvement of surrounding lymph nodes, liver metastasis and a possible metastasis on his left lung. His doctors are considering this Stage IV cancer.
Though Bruce remains very positive, this has been a devastating blow to his family on many levels. Bruce is not one to give in though and will be in this fight 100%. In order to put his focus on fighting for the best outcome, he will be taking time away from his practice, which is his family’s sole source of income. He plans on liquidating many of his assets. The sales will help with costs of treatments, therapies and living expenses. Unfortunately, the cost of cancer treatments will far outreach what the sale of his property will bring, so he is reaching out to friends and loved ones for assistance in raising funds to help offset the upcoming costs.
His family has faith in Bruce, and chooses to believe that he will be the exception against this cancer, just as he has been the exception in so many other things throughout his life.
