Help Bryan compete at World Police and Fire Games!

Hey Everyone!
My name is Bryan and I’m looking forward to representing the United States and my Fire Department at the World Police and Fire Games this upcoming July in Winnipeg, Canada!
Last year I had the amazing ability to compete at The United States Police and Fire Games in San Diego, where I took Gold in the Pentathlon and set a new age group record. It was a phenomenal tune up opportunity for my attendance at the World Police and Fire Games the following month in Rotterdam, the Netherlands, where I took Gold in the Decathlon!
I’m looking to repeat my efforts this upcoming year in Winnipeg.
Most competitors across the World that compete in these games have to fund efforts on their own dollar, as I did myself last year. Some agencies across the world have their own scholarship programs, where they can afford to send a few athletes to represent their agencies and country. Most United States athletes are in the self-funded category like myself. The costs add up very quickly, as is the case this year:
-Hotel Cost Estimate: $1500
-Flight Estimate: $660
-Registration Fee: $140
-Competition Fee: $40
This obviously doesn’t include odds and ends of travel, but it definitely creates enough of a dent in my finances that I though GoFundMe could me a medium that could help me.
So as I begin preparation for the upcoming games and search for cheaper alternatives, i’m utilizing this GoFundMe as a sort of general fund to help support me!
Anything that you can spare to help me continue representing my Fire Department, my City, and my Country would be appreciated.
As my journey to the games continues I will be posting text and video logs of my journey, and will be sharing what Track and Field has meant to me in my lifetime.
If by some miracle my funding is met, all additional donations will be donated to charity. My goal is to make this general fund an opportunity the year of the Games to help fund my athletic endeavor, and raise some cash for Charity. This year, all additional funds raised after meeting my goal will be donated to the Natalie Corona Odd Fellows Memorial Scholarship, which is a scholarship that helps fund Davis and Arbuckle high school students who are pursuing a career in law enforcement, criminal justice, or as a first responder and to honor Corona’s ideals of excellence and service.
If my funding goal is not met, then I will still be making a significant donation of funds raised to this foundation.
I appreciate the support everyone has given me, and I am looking forward to representing my country in the decathlon, no matter the result of this fund. Thank you for believing in me!
