Bryan needs surgery, insurance won't cover it

Hi, I'm Bryan's sister, Julie. I'm raising funds for Bryan so he can pay for a surgery he needs to have and hopefully get back to a comfortable life and work. His insurance won't pay for it because unless his life is on the balance they figure it is an elective surgery therefore not necessary. Unfortunately- his life is not threatened yet, but he's in a lot of pain and things are getting worse daily. Please help. I love my brother. I want to see him recover and get feeling better soon.
