Bryan Thoday has been under several health attacks over the past year and a half and has been in fear of keeping bills for business and personal payments up to date.
Back on January 22, 2022, Bryan suffered a heart attack and just kept working and would not acknowledge it was a heart attack. The next day he went to ER for the heart attack and doctors realized he was having a problem with his foot. (He is Diabetic, type 2) So they needed to do more tests and found he was septic, in stage 4 kidney failure, blood sugar was 450, along with heart attack and severely dehydrated. The attending ER Doctor told Bryan he was dying. He held on for two weeks because Bryan is one of the strongest men I know.
At that point they had to amputate his foot and if that’s not bad enough 4 days later he had to lose his calf. But with all that said and done Bryan started making a miraculous recovery.
But through all this Bryan almost lost his business but has managed to keep going without ever causing financial hardship to his customers.
Now this is where I say he is the strongest man I know, love and respect this man. Within a few short weeks he came back into his auto repair shop that he loves and loves his customers! This man works tirelessly for his customers not to mention the fact that this man takes such good care of his customers that most of the time he will take a loss if his customers have a financial struggle. Bryan won’t let a car leave unless it is safe enough to put his daughter into it and drive. People ask this man when he closes each day, so they know when to pick up their vehicles and hus standard answer is when the work is done. Which usually means he works a minimum 12-hour days, six days a week on his leg no matter the pain he is in.
Now here we are on May 31, 2023, and he is being admitted into the hospital today to get a quadruple bypass, and one of his only concerns is his business and customers.
So, I am here praying that I can count on the kindness of everyone that reads this to help this man. He is a dedicated Christian man, he runs a Godly business and Life.
My mission is to try and collect funds to help cover two months bills for his business and home which would be roughly $20,000.00, so this man I love so dearly along with so many other people, can recovery with peace of mind.
This will allow his wife Colleen to dedicate her time to caring for him during and immediately after surgery. Because if not he will force himself to come back to work too early and end up in the same fight soon.
