Bryce Morin Medical Bills

The Morin family holds a special place in my heart and could use our help right now! The main thing I ask you to do is to join us in prayer. There is also a very large financial need if you are willing and able to help! Here is a little about Bryce’s situation for those who don’t know already.

Bryce is suffering from a series of kidney related issues that are a complication of a congenital birth condition called Prune Belly Syndrome. He has had numerous surgical procedures to help correct the malformation of the urinary tract. The ureter of one of his kidneys was strictured off by scar tissue causing a septic infection that placed him in the hospital. Due to the infection colonizing in the kidney he has battled five recurring infections, four of which have become septic, all of them have placed him in the hospital for weeks at a time. Most recently the septic infection caused septic shock and placed him in the ICU for the third time, intubated and on intermittent dialysis. He is currently waiting for surgery to remove the damaged kidney so that he can begin healing.

His first hospital visit was $248,000, the second visit was over $279,000, and there have been 3 visits since. This ICU visit is the longest ICU time by 4 days.
