Bryson is in need

This is my son Bryson he was born with a genetic disorder called prune belly. My name is Amanda Flores I am his single mother we were in the hospital for about a month and a half. Although I still have my job it’s been slow getting back started so I’m low on everything right now and I need some help there have been a lot of people who have helped me. I need major help he’s out growling all of his clothes faster than I can make money to buy them please help I’m at a point where I’m kinda desperate and I just wanna keep him clothes and what not I have all the other things food and what not taken care of by doctors and what not because he is awaiting disability I really need help with the other things.
