£50K for 50 years for a new clubhouse.

Hi, I am Barrie Funnell and I am the Chairman of Camberley Town Youth Football Club based in Camberley, Surrey. Our club was formed 50 years ago and at that time, a number of people gave up a whole year of weekends to build our wooden clubhouse, that still remains today. Sadly the ravages of time now mean that the clubhouse is no longer fit for purpose. We are looking for donations to help us reach our target and all monies raised will go towards the development of a new facility on the same site. This will include the safe and environmental removal of the current clubhouse on the site and a replacement of a facility that will be fit for the current times, including storage and a working kitchen to enable us to raise funds ongoing. We provide football for over 800 children and adults and the club is run entirely by volunteers. Every penny raised via this fund will go directly to this cause with no expenses taken out.
