Since 2006 I have had 754 items stolen from me, 1x1, that is, one item taken from me on at least 754 occasions. Usually the item does not have much value, so it goes under the radar of the police, in fact the police wont do anything about small trivial items that have been taken from me. When I noticed I was being victimised and targeted by thieves, I started keeping track of all the items, so 754 is just what I know about, but actually, I found writing it down helps me deal with it, because someone breaking into my locked house or into my locked car or pickpocket my bag - is very stressful. I've come up with a replacement value of 754 items, and it totals $22,000, so that's $22,000 worth of 'just stuff', that has been taken from me since 2006. I have had a lot of kitchenware taken, craft items, gardening supplies, aswell as food from the refrigerator.
I'm at a point in my life now where I can't afford to buy everything twice; I can't afford 2 stock pots. I can't afford 2 large ceramic casserole dishes. I can't afford 2 irrigation sets, 2 rakes, 2 stanly knives..... I'm sure you get the picture, but I will upload my full list so you can see all the little items that have been taken. It was suggested to me, that I come here and seek victim support from the community, to simply buy back all the items that have been taken that I need still.
