Team Kaitlyn Renee Cancer Relapse Fund

At 18 months old Kaitlyn was diagnosed with high risk acute lymphoblastic leukemia. Kaitlyn battled her cancer for two and a half years and won. Unfortunately at age 4 Kaitlyn relapsed and is now fighting once again. Her current treatment plan will involve numinous extended hospital stays and possible bone marrow transplant. Kaitlyn needs funds to pay medical bills, healthcare related cost and to supplement income shortages faced by her parents inability to work while caring for her.
