Sheila Howe needs some help.

I am Katherine Baird and I am raising funds for my mother. Those of you who know my mom, know she's a generous and loving person. Unfortunately, medical and surgical and everyday bill issues have depleted her finances and at the age of 81, she is in need of financial assistance.
